Is delivery free?

Charges will be according to which platform you ordered (TikTok shop, Shopee & Lazada), and can vary according to your delivery address.

Delivery will take around 3-5 business days from the order date.

Report to our Customer Support team is to be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

If a report is made after 48 hours, the claim will be automatically rejected by our Warehouse team.

Kindly have the following documentations submitted with your report and email them.

  1. Pick List (white A4 list that can be found on or inside the parcel)
  2. Copy of the Courier Consignment Note
  3. Clear Photos of the received damaged good and box it came in.

 
Please note that reports without the above proper documentations will be rejected by the Warehouse team.

We deliver to West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

What is the exchange policy?

Chubby Cheeks Malaysia allows exchanges for defective or incorrect items based on the original receipt/proof of purchase. Please note: Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for sending the item to our warehouse or from the platform you have ordered from. Once received, the exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

No, shipping and delivery fees incurred during the exchange of non-defective products are non-reimbursable.

Once payment has been processed, cancellations and reimbursement are not allowed. Please ensure your purchase is confirmed before completing the transaction.
